The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between you, the individual user and HousePro regarding the use of our website and services. Please see each service's guidelines according to their specific policies.
Mowing Services

Services include mowing and weed eating.

Bi-Weekly Mowing: sessions will be once between the 1st-15th of the month and once between the 16th-30th of the month, spaced on a 2 week schedule according to your service start date.**

Monthly Mowing: sessions will be once per month, scheduled each month on or about the same day as your service start date.**+

One-time Mowing: session will be once per scheduled request.**+ This does not include any recurring services or discounted pricing.

Any special requests must be discussed prior to service and may incur additional charges.

There are other circumstances where extra fees could apply.*

For cancellation of any policy or scheduled service please submit a notice to cancel via email 10 business days prior to the next charge date to: info@houseprook.com.

Overgrown yard (case by case) +$15 & Up

Uneven yards subject to additional $20
** Mowing times and days may change without notice due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
+ If you have selected a monthly plan or one-time service and additional mowing sessions are requested due to rate of lawn growth, you must upgrade to a bi-weekly or monthly package, or pay the one-time rate for the added service.

Cleaning Services

Service Cost: All cleanings will be charged per individual estimate. If estimate is give by a description and not in-person it is subject to change upon entering the property to complete the service.

Payment: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Cancellation policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. If we arrive at your property and are unable to clean due to a last-minute cancellation, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Send cancellation notice to inof@houseprook.com

Access to your property: Please ensure that we have access to your property on the scheduled cleaning day. If we are unable to enter your property, you will be charged a lockout fee.

Satisfaction guarantee: We want you to be completely satisfied with our service. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of the service and we will re-clean the area free of charge.

Personal items: Please remove any valuable or fragile items from areas that we will be cleaning. We are not responsible for any damage or loss of personal items left in the cleaning area.

Pets: Please secure your pets in a safe area while we are cleaning. We love animals, but we cannot be responsible for any accidents or injuries caused by pets.

Supplies: We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have any special requests for cleaning products or equipment, please let us know in advance.

Communication: We will communicate with you via phone, email or text to confirm appointments, send reminders and discuss any changes to the schedule.
